First Rme introduced, leasing strategy with approx. 67% Retail, 25% Food & Beverage and 8% Leisure. Our roll was Design Management in development and construcRon phase of Project and during fit-out phase leading Retail Design & Delivery. Leading team of 8 Senior Managers (Leaders) with responsibility of managing all processes related to Tenant Design approval (CD & IFC), Fit-out of Tenant units and delivery of units for public.
