Portanova Shopping Mall in Osijek – was the first shopping mall in this area and 6th largest shopping mall in Croatia, project value € 70 million. The building has approximately 40,240 sqm of leasable area and about 110 Tenants. The Contract included Tenant Coordination as part of Project Management contract, in collaboration with Studio XXL and Chapman Taylor Architetti.
