The 4* Hotel & Spa resort Stara Planina – Hotel was government of Serbia investment as a long lead plan to integrate Stara Planina resort into Skiing Map of Region. Hotel was built under Falkensteiner standards, applied and managed by our team until delivery and opening. Our tasks were full scope of Site & Design Supervision.
