New Bus & Railway Station

Belgrade New Bus & Railway Station – The complex is divided into four parts: a) bus station with accompanying facilities, b) railway terminal with accompanying facilities, c) future metro station and e) business-hotel-commercial complex. The basic organisational principle applied in the concept of the complex is introversion, given that there are no adequate views in the environment to which the complex would “open”. The proximity of traffic hubs (railways, subways and the Inner Ring Road) that pass through the location, leads to the orientation of the content towards internal motifs (atriums), which thus distance themselves from the inappropriate environment.
