The Capital Plaza – Centre building complex with 45,000sqm located in Podgorica, Montenegro which includes two towers – commercial and diplomatic and 4 stars hotel – CentreVille Hotel & Experience, residential part of building and cca. 13,000 sqm of commercial area. The Contract included Tenant Coordination, Project Management & Site Supervision.
